Hapshash and the Coloured Coat - Dragons and Magic(k) - addendum

I have just realised that the Elvish inscriptions on the front cover of Albion are actually attempts (inaccurate in parts) to reproduce the inscription on the One Ring in Lord of the Rings.

Which, I am sure you remember, is inscribed in the Black Speech of Mordor in the Tengwar. It transliterates as:

Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk, agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.

which translates into the famous phrase:

One Ring to rule them all, One ring to find them; One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

So the front cover of Albion contains a wide range of mythologies and symbols: King Arthur, the Grail and Glastonbury; The Lord of the Rings; flying saucers; Magic; dragons and the Golden Bough.
